AGDAŞ NATURAL GAS DISTRIBUTOR INC.

AGDAS became a part of ERDEM GROUP after its denationalization by Adapazarı Metropolitan Municipality in 2003 and it was the first denationalized gas distribution company in Turkey. It has begun its investments thanks to the power resulted in being a part of ERDEM GROUP. It started distributing natural gas in the areas its operates on October 29, 2003 which is the 80th anniversary of Turkish Republic as a first step of being the warranty of clean air in Sakarya.

AGDAS, having 20 km distribution network before the denationalization, now has the tenth largest distribution network in Turkey with its 3.810 distribution lines. It is the first in terms of the amount of the gas distributed. AGDAS, which invested 150 million USD in its first decade, has contributed 1.500 billion TL to the local economy since the beginning.

AGDAŞ, being awarded EFQM Perfection Award Turkey and Great Place to Work 2017, is among the successful companies in Sakarya and its Sector.

Having received inner-city distribution license from EPDK for 30 years, AGDAS extends on its investments, which have an active role in shaping national economy with a team of 203 expert staff.
